The 12-Week
Reconstruction Cycle

You know where you stand. This is the part where you rebuild it, with someone watching the form.

Awareness is not the result.

Most people finish an honest assessment, feel motivated for about forty-eight hours, then drift back to exactly where they started. Not from laziness. From having no structure, no progression, nobody checking the form, and nothing holding the line when the week gets busy.

That gap is what the Reconstruction Cycle is built to close. It is not a download you figure out alone. It is written around your audit results, your schedule and your body.

What the twelve weeks include.

  • A program written from your scores — Three days a week, built from your audit results, starting where your body actually is.
  • Weekly video form review — You send video, it comes back marked up. Technique gets corrected while it still matters.
  • Progression that is planned — Each week builds on the last against a written standard, so progress is visible rather than felt.
  • Mobility work aimed at your gaps — The stiff hips, locked ankles and rigid spine the audit already found.
  • Direct accountability for twelve weeks — Real check-ins and real adjustments from someone who knows your numbers.

Who it suits, and who it doesn’t.

It fits adults over 40 who scored in the bottom bands and have decided something has to change, and people who have run programs before without anyone correcting their technique.

It does not fit anyone looking for a quick fix, or unwilling to commit three days a week for twelve weeks.

Take the audit first. Coaching without a baseline is guesswork.
