What you are buying
The 7-Day Strength Audit is a digital PDF containing a seven-day self-administered testing protocol and a scorecard. It is delivered by email immediately after payment. It is not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel.
Payment
The audit is a one-time purchase of a digital product, delivered in full immediately after payment. Because it is delivered in full on purchase, sales are final. It is not a subscription, nothing recurs, and there is nothing to cancel.
If something goes wrong on our side — the email does not arrive, the download fails, you are charged twice — write to irvin@wayoffitness.net and it will be put right.
This is not medical advice
Way of Fitness is a coaching practice, not a medical provider. The audit is a set of physical tests. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything. If you have a cardiovascular condition, a recent injury, are pregnant, or have been told by a clinician to avoid exertion, get medical clearance before starting. Every test in the audit instructs you to stop before form breaks and to stop on sharp pain. Follow that instruction.
You take part at your own risk and remain responsible for judging what is safe for your own body on the day.
Coaching
The 12-Week Reconstruction Cycle is arranged separately after a conversation. Its terms, price and schedule are agreed in writing before it starts, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer of coaching or a guaranteed result.
Your copy is yours
Buying the audit gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. Redistributing, reselling or republishing it is not permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
